Lawyer, completed her undergraduate law degree at Universidade Mackenzie in 2002 and specialized in Tax Law at \u201cInstituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tribut\u00e1rios\u201d (IBET) in 2005. Ellen has also completed her undergraduate accounting degree at University of S\u00e3o Paulo in 1998.<\/p>\n

In 2015, Ellen earned her Master\u2019s Degree in Corporate Law from \u201cFunda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas\u201d (FGV) \u2013 S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

Ellen mainly deals with legal assistance in the field of corporate law and tax consultancy.<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, Ellen has cumulated experience in assisting European investors interested in the Brazilian market, having participated in many corporate operations (start-ups, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, etc.), which, thanks to her multidisciplinary knowledge, have been carried out considering, in addition to the corporate aspects, also the tax and exchange aspects, in compliance with the legislation on the flow of foreign capital in Brazil (Central Bank).<\/p>\n

Ellen also assists clients on matters regarding immigration and visa issues.<\/p>\n

With this multidisciplinary view, which aggregates deep knowledge of the tax, accounting, financial and exchange aspects of operations, Ellen is able to offer to clients a tailored and balanced comprehension of cases presented.<\/p>\n
