Graduated in Law from Universidade S\u00e3o Judas Tadeu in 2019, specializing in Civil Law and Civil Proceedings Law at Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD) with training also in Real Estate Law.<\/p>\n

In regard to her academic background, Luana practices at Passini & Alvares in the civil and commercial areas, with emphasis on litigation, credit recovery lawsuits, debt collection, judicial recovery and bankruptcy. In addition, Luana performs also real estate transactions, both from the litigation point of view (lease renewal suits, possessory suits, contract termination suits, etc.), and from the consulting perspective (due diligence for real estate acquisition, drafting of purchase and sale agreements, etc.).<\/p>\n

Due to her technical knowledge and experience, Luana also advises in the area of Customer Protection Law, both in the advisory and litigation aspects.<\/p>\n
