Lawyer, completed her undergraduate law degree at University of Sao Paulo in 1998. Earned her Master\u2019s Degree in 2003 and her Doctorate in 2011, both in Civil Procedural Law from S\u00e3o Paulo\u2019s Catholic University (PUC).<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, Samantha has specialized in assisting European investors, mainly Italian companies, with an interest in the Brazilian market.<\/p>\n

Her legal advice focuses on preparing and negotiating commercial contracts at national and international level, in addition to real estate operations for important international groups in Brazil. Samantha also acts in industrial property cases, involving trademark registration and defense at the administrative level, as well as international technology transfer and license operations.<\/p>\n

As a result of her academic background, Samantha also specialized in civil and commercial litigation, with special reference to corporate and commercial litigation.<\/p>\n

In 2008, she published the book \u201cA\u00e7\u00e3o de Dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Sociedades\u201d (Company Dissolution Lawsuit – S\u00e3o Paulo, Quartier Latin, 2008). She has also published other articles on procedural law.<\/p>\n

With a multidisciplinary view, Samantha adds her academic background to her experience matured in an extremely professional manner, offering clients a broad and harmonious understanding of the cases presented.<\/p>\n

Fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian.<\/p>\n
