The foreign direct investments are registered on the \u201cIED\u201d module (payment of capital, acquisition of capital participation, corporate reorganization, etc) and the financial operations, such as loan, import financing, leasing, etc. are registered on the \u201cROF\u201d module.<\/p>\n
In this scenery, our assistance includes also the structuring of international operations with assignment and\/or debt remission, simultaneous exchange contracts, etc.<\/p>\n
