Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2016, postgraduate in Corporate Law from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC) in 2022, and post-graduating in Contract Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Due to her academic background, Marcella coordinates several cases in the area of contracts, real estate law and industrial property at Passini & Alvares, having matured experience in the analysis, drafting and negotiation of different types of commercial agreements, national and international, including agreements related to services, distribution, agency and technology transfer. In particular, Marcella plays a relevant role in advising important Passini & Alvares clients in real estate operations involving the leasing of commercial premises, especially commercial malls.
In the area of industrial property, Marcella is involved in the administrative defense and registration of trademarks before INPI (Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property), as well as in agreements related to trademark licensing and technology transfer. She also advises clients on projects to comply with the General Data Protection Law, analysing and adapting related documents.
