Graduated in Law from Universidade Paulista in 2021.

Sthefany works at Passini & Alvares mainly in the area of corporate law, elaborating corporate acts and agreements and coordinating the registration of processes before the competent bodies, also on structuring some specific operations. Sthefany has also participated in national and international operations, involving, among other matters, acquisitions or sales of corporate participation, execution of quotaholders agreements and corporate reorganizations.

Her practice also includes advising and drafting opinions on corporate matters. In addition, Sthefany works in the preparation of responses to consultations concerning Tax Law.
